All India Kisan Sabha (AIKS)

The All India Kisan Sabha (AIKS) is a major farmers' organization in India, founded in 1936 to advocate for farmers’ rights, land reforms, and fair wages. It works to unite rural communities, promote agricultural reforms, and oppose policies that harm farmers’ interests. AIKS is affiliated with the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and plays a key role in mobilizing farmers for social and economic justice. It also campaigns against issues like debt, market exploitation, and inadequate agricultural support, aiming to improve the livelihoods of India's farmers through collective action and advocacy.
