The All India Entrance Examination for Technical Education (AIEEE) was a national-level exam in India used to assess students seeking admission to undergraduate engineering, architecture, and planning programs across various institutes. It evaluated knowledge in subjects like physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The exam aimed to identify qualified candidates based on their performance, streamlining the admission process. However, starting in 2013, AIEEE was replaced by the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, which continues to serve as a centralized entrance test for technical institutes across India.
