Alignments

Alignments are moral or ethical frameworks that guide a character's decisions and actions, often used in role-playing games or storytelling. They describe a character’s general outlook, such as good or evil, and their tendency towards lawfulness or chaos. For example, a character might be "Lawful Good," meaning they follow rules and aim to do the right thing, or "Chaotic Evil," implying they act selfishly and disregard rules. Alignments help define personality and behavior, providing a consistent way to understand and predict how characters might respond in different situations.
