Alcohol labeling
Alcohol labeling refers to the information provided on beverage containers to inform consumers about the product’s contents, safety, and legal requirements. It typically includes the alcohol by volume (ABV) percentage, which indicates alcohol strength; a list of ingredients; health warnings (such as the risks of drinking during pregnancy or driving); and sometimes allergen information. Labels also display the producer’s name and address, volume, and sometimes nutritional info. Proper labeling helps consumers make informed choices, understand the product’s potency, and adhere to legal regulations designed to promote safety and responsible consumption.
