Ajzen's Theory

Ajzen's Theory, known as the Theory of Planned Behavior, suggests that our actions are influenced by our intentions, which are shaped by three main factors: our attitudes toward the behavior (how we feel about it), subjective norms (how we think others expect us to act), and perceived behavioral control (our confidence in our ability to perform the action). Essentially, if we believe a behavior is beneficial, think others expect us to do it, and feel capable of doing it, we are more likely to intend to and actually perform that behavior.
