Ajzen's Model of Human Behavior

Ajzen's Model of Human Behavior, known as the Theory of Planned Behavior, suggests that people's actions are influenced by their intentions, which are shaped by three key factors: their attitudes toward the behavior (whether they see it as positive or negative), the social pressure they feel (what they think others expect of them), and their perceived control over performing the behavior (whether they believe they can do it easily). In essence, if someone has a positive attitude, feels social support, and believes they can succeed, they are more likely to actually carry out the behavior.
