Ajzen's framework
Ajzen's framework, known as the Theory of Planned Behavior, explains how people's intentions influence their actions. It suggests that whether someone acts depends on their attitude toward the behavior (their positive or negative feelings), the social pressure they feel (what others think they should do), and how much control they believe they have over the behavior (their confidence in performing it). Together, these factors shape their intentions, which then guide their actual behavior. This model helps us understand how beliefs, social influences, and perceived ease or difficulty impact decision-making and actions.
