Airman Leadership School
Airman Leadership School (ALS) is a professional development program for enlisted U.S. Air Force personnel typically at the E-4 (Senior Airman) level. It aims to enhance leadership, communication, and management skills vital for advancing in their careers and effectively leading teams. The curriculum includes topics like teamwork, decision-making, ethics, and military discipline, often delivered through classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and team projects. ALS prepares airmen for increased responsibilities by fostering strategic thinking and leadership qualities, helping them transition from technical specialists to effective supervisors within the Air Force.
