Air education and training

Air Education and Training (AET) is a program within the Air Force focused on developing skilled personnel through education, training, and professional development. It encompasses technical instruction for new recruits, ongoing training for existing personnel, leadership development, and specialization in various aviation-related fields. The goal is to ensure Air Force members are knowledgeable, prepared, and capable of performing their duties effectively. AET combines classroom learning, hands-on practice, and realistic exercises to create competent professionals who support the Air Force’s mission of national defense.
