Aging Hypothesis
The Aging Hypothesis suggests that as we grow older, our bodies and brains naturally experience decline in function and resilience, increasing vulnerability to disease and disability. This process is believed to result from accumulated cellular damage, reduced regenerative capacity, and changes in genetic and environmental interactions. In essence, aging is viewed as a biological process driven by internal and external factors that gradually diminish our physiological integrity, making us more susceptible to health issues over time.
