Aggression Replacement Training (ART)
Aggression Replacement Training (ART) is a structured program designed to help individuals, especially youth, manage and reduce aggressive behaviors. It combines teaching social skills, anger management techniques, and moral reasoning to replace harmful responses with positive, constructive behaviors. Through lessons, role-playing, and practice, participants learn how to handle conflicts calmly, express themselves appropriately, and make better decisions, ultimately improving their relationships and reducing violence or aggression. ART aims to address the root causes of aggression by fostering self-control, empathy, and responsible decision-making in everyday situations.
