Affected individuals

"Affected individuals" are people who have been directly impacted by a specific event, situation, or condition. This could include those who experience health issues due to an outbreak, suffer losses from a natural disaster, or are involved in a particular incident. In essence, they are the persons who feel the consequences of an event firsthand, whether emotionally, physically, or financially.
