Aeronautics and Astronautics
Aeronautics is the study and design of aircraft that fly within Earth's atmosphere, such as airplanes and helicopters, focusing on principles like aerodynamics, propulsion, and control. Astronautics, on the other hand, involves the science and technology of space travel, including spacecraft, satellites, and exploration beyond our planet. Both fields apply physics and engineering to solve challenges related to flight and space exploration, often overlapping but each with distinct specializations. Essentially, aeronautics handles flying in the air, while astronautics deals with exploring and operating in outer space.
