Advanced Placement (AP) Program
The Advanced Placement (AP) Program is an initiative by the College Board that offers high school students college-level courses across various subjects. These courses are more challenging than typical high school classes and are designed to prepare students for higher education. At the end of the course, students can take a standardized exam, and earning a high score may result in college credits or advanced placement in college courses. The AP Program aims to enhance students’ academic skills, strengthen their college applications, and potentially reduce college coursework costs and time.
