Advaita

Advaita is a spiritual philosophy from India that teaches the fundamental oneness of all existence. It suggests that behind the apparent diversity of the world, there is a single, unchanging reality called Brahman. Our individual selves (Atman) are, in essence, not separate from this universal consciousness. Realizing this unity through insight or spiritual practice leads to liberation (moksha), freeing us from illusions and the cycle of rebirth. In simple terms, Advaita emphasizes that everything we see is interconnected and that true understanding comes from recognizing our true nature as part of the universal whole.
