Administrative Review Council

The Administrative Review Council (ARC) is a federal advisory body that helps improve the fairness and consistency of administrative decisions made by government agencies. It reviews how agencies handle disputes, hearings, and appeals, providing recommendations to make the process more transparent and efficient. The ARC aims to ensure regulations are applied properly and that individuals or organizations affected by government decisions have fair opportunities to challenge or review those decisions. Although the ARC was established to improve administrative procedures, it is no longer active as of 1995.
