Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)

Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) is an advanced driver assistance system that automatically maintains a set speed while adjusting to traffic conditions. Using radar and sensors, it detects vehicles ahead and modulates the car’s throttle and brakes to keep a safe following distance. If the traffic slows, ACC reduces speed; if the road is clear, it accelerates back to the preset speed. This system helps reduce driver fatigue and enhance safety during highway driving by providing smooth, responsive speed management without constant manual control.
