ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance)

ACMI stands for Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance, and it refers to a type of leasing arrangement in the aviation industry. In an ACMI agreement, one airline (the lessor) provides an aircraft along with a qualified crew, performs necessary maintenance, and covers insurance. The lessee pays for using the aircraft, often for specific routes or time periods.
