ACE Model

The ACE Model is a framework used to understand how early life experiences influence adult health and well-being. It considers three main factors: Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), which include stressful or traumatic events during childhood; the quality of connections and support systems, such as family and community; and the overall environment, like socioeconomic conditions. Together, these elements impact physical and mental health over time. Recognizing these factors helps in developing strategies to prevent health issues and promote resilience throughout an individual's life.
