Accolate

Accolate (zafirlukast) is a medication used to prevent and manage asthma symptoms by reducing inflammation and narrowing of the airways. It works by blocking certain substances in the body called leukotrienes, which contribute to airway constriction, mucus production, and swelling during asthma attacks.
