A3 (TDOA algorithm)
A3 TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) is an algorithm used to locate an object or signal source by measuring the differences in arrival times of the signal at multiple sensors. If the source emits a signal, sensors placed at different locations will detect it at slightly different times. By analyzing these time differences, the algorithm calculates the position of the source. It’s like hearing a sound with multiple microphones and figuring out where it came from based on which microphone hears it first and the timing differences. This method is widely used in navigation, tracking, and wireless communication systems.
