A.R.T. Education Program

The A.R.T. Education Program focuses on incorporating mindfulness and emotional awareness techniques, based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), into educational settings. Its goal is to help students develop self-regulation, resilience, and social-emotional skills by teaching them how to accept their thoughts and feelings without judgment, while committed to engaging in value-driven actions. By fostering emotional well-being and cognitive flexibility, the program aims to improve students’ mental health, classroom behavior, and overall academic success in a supportive and skills-oriented manner.
