95% confidence level

A 95% confidence level means that if we repeated a study or survey many times under the same conditions, about 95% of those results would contain the true value or effect we’re trying to measure. It reflects our degree of certainty that the estimated range (called a confidence interval) includes the real value. In other words, we're quite confident that our interval captures the truth, but there's still a small chance (5%) that it does not. This helps us understand how reliable our estimate is based on the data.
