The 603rd Regiment of Foot was a British Army infantry unit active during World War I. Formed in 1917, it primarily consisted of volunteers and was part of the British Territorial Force, later called the Territorial Army. Units like this were responsible for local defense and supporting the main army during the war. The regiment's role included participating in various military campaigns, training soldiers, and maintaining readiness.
