4-H Youth Development

4-H Youth Development is an educational program focused on helping young people acquire skills, knowledge, and attitudes that promote personal growth and community engagement. The "4-H" stands for Head, Heart, Hands, and Health, representing areas of development. Through hands-on learning experiences, participants engage in projects related to agriculture, science, technology, and leadership, fostering critical life skills like teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Operated by universities and community organizations, 4-H empowers youth to become active, responsible citizens and leaders in their communities.
