3D vision

3D vision is the ability to perceive depth and spatial relationships in our environment, thanks to our brain combining images from both eyes. Each eye sees a slightly different perspective, and by comparing these images, the brain calculates how far objects are away. This process, called stereopsis, allows us to judge distances accurately, giving a three-dimensional understanding of our surroundings. In technology, 3D vision systems replicate this by capturing and analyzing multiple images or using specialized sensors to create models that represent depth and shape, enabling applications like virtual reality, robotics, and advanced imaging.
